Is there a free trial?
Yes. Essential, Pro and Business start with a 7-day free trial. If your team needs longer to test Kreo on real projects, ask us about a pilot: 1 month on Pro, 1 to 3 months on Business.
How is billing done?
All plans are billed annually, per user. The monthly prices on this page are the annual price divided by 12; there is no monthly subscription. Prices exclude VAT and other taxes.
Which plan fits my team size?
Essential works for any team size. Pro is for 1 to 4 users. Business is for teams of 5 to 20 and starts at 5 seats. For more than 20 users, several offices or custom contract terms, choose Enterprise.
Do guests need a paid seat?
No. Guests are free and don't take a paid seat.
Can I add users later?
Yes. The account owner can invite and manage team members at any time. If your Pro team grows past 4 users, you move to Business.
Do I pay each time I run Auto Measure?
No. Auto Measure inside Kreo is included in Pro, Business and Enterprise and is never billed per launch. Per-launch pricing only applies to the Auto Measure API, when you run Auto Measure from your own software.
How is the Auto Measure API priced?
On Pro, API access is a yearly add-on, and usage is charged per launch. One launch is one file (PDF, DWG or DXF) processed through the API; processing the same file again counts as a new launch. The rate drops as your monthly volume grows, and each rate applies only to the launches in its band. Business includes API access and 200 launches a month, and extra launches cost 25% less than on Pro. Use the calculator above to see your price.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, on Business and Enterprise. Essential and Pro are paid by card.
Is the Excel Add-in included?
Yes. The Excel Add-in is included in Pro and Business while it's in Early Access.
Can I modify or cancel my plan?
Yes, you can manage your subscription in your account settings. If you cancel before renewal, you won't be charged for the next billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee after your first payment. Refunds requested after this period are not available.

When do I need Enterprise?
Choose Enterprise if you have more than 20 users or several offices, need custom integrations or AI tuned to your drawings, or need custom contract terms and SLA. Pricing is custom; talk to our sales team.
