What’s New in Auto Measure 2.0?
General Logic
Requests are now divided into two main modes to meet different user needs:
- Custom — allows users to input individual parameters into text fields to obtain precise measurements. This mode provides maximum flexibility for unique tasks.
- Specific Prompts — ready-to-use scenarios with pre-configured settings that speed up workflows and offer an optimal flow for standard tasks.
Rooms and Areas
- Added the ability to include door openings in the area calculations of rooms and zones.
- Measurements can now be automatically named according to labels on the drawing.
- Automatic categorization of measurements has been introduced.
Doors and Windows
- Doors and windows are now automatically categorized by width.
- Output type options include saving as a centerline or as a count.
Wall Internal Finishes
- Added the ability to exclude doors and windows from internal wall finishes.
Wall External Finishes
- A new tool defines the building’s external contour in a linear format.
GIA (Gross Internal Area)
- Enables calculation of total internal area.
GEA (Gross External Area)
- Calculates total external area.
NIA (Net Internal Area)
- Automatically identifies apartment areas using text from drawings.
- Categorizes areas by size.
Custom
- Retains the ability to input custom prompts for unique requests.
Rename with AI (File manager)
No more manual renaming — AI now handles it for your projects!
The Rename with AI feature in the File Manager is integrated with ChatGPT, allowing you to rename all pages at once based on your text prompt.
Your prompt can be anything — ask the AI to extract drawing titles, specify a format for renaming the pages, include additional information, and much more.
Redesign File Manager
Redesigning the File Manager allowed us to make it more convenient, intuitive, and add a few new features.
- Grouping: Group pages by file name.
- Pages List: The left side now shows not only the file name but also a list of pages when expanded.
- Page Status: Two new icons are now located on each page preview, showing whether the page has been scaled and rasterized.
